Community Needs Request Guidelines

Spring Lake Park Lions help our community in many ways, both in service and in financial means. If you are in need of our help you can contact us by filling out a Needs Request Form below.

Needs Request Guidelines:

To be considered, need requests must be received by the 2nd Friday of each month. Requests must be submitted using the "Needs Requests Form" (see Below) and must provide enough information about the need for the Club to make a determination. All requests are investigated and reviewed by the Community Needs Committee. The committee recommendations are presented to and voted on by the club members at our monthly business meeting, held on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Requests are either approved, denied, or tabled for additional information and a letter is mailed out stating the Club's decision.

Please print, complete and mail the above "Need Request Form" to the address at the top of the form or email a completed form to slplionscn@gmail.com.  We consider a ALL requests
